✨NEW VIDEO✨ There are many ways to plan your day and manage your time. In this video, I am going to talk about a daily planning method from TikTok called the Four Quarters Planning method. I will also show you how I’d plan my day using ClickUp by following this method.

Reminding you guys that understanding how to become focused on the tasks that create the most impact on your goals takes practice.

However, the better you become at it, the more you get done in LESS TIME.
Here are my top tips to train that mental muscle:

🌱 Set a deadline with clear consequences
🌱 Figure out what drives you - the end goal, the feeling of achieving the end goal or milestone, the feeling you will get not hitting the milestone on time
🌱 Set a timer and take regular breaks (i.e. Pomodoro technique)
🌱 Remove physical & digital distractions
🌱 Create a comfortable workspace (water, warm socks, blanket, a comfortable environment)
🌱 Tackle your mental blocks

REMEMBER: consistent focused work gets you the most results on your goals!

📝And also! When you do fall short of achieving a certain goal... which will happen (because we are not perfect) - analyze why it happened the way it did, take notes, and create an action plan for the next time it happens!

Being away for months because of mental and physical health issues has been really annoying, but I feel relieved that I finally was able to post this video and break a vicious cycle of being in the deepest rut I have been in for a looong time, so I am really sorry 😭 But I hope this video helps you if you're struggling with the same and are trying your best to get back on track ❤

I am currently doing a big reset to my goals & planner due to a month-long hiatus because of mental and physical exhaustion.
❔I was wondering if you guys are interested in a video about how I get back on track with my habits, goals, and schedule after a long rut.

As I know this happens to all of us, I'm hoping that it would help anyone who's currently going through the same :)
