Hey! Welcome to Clays Bass Lessons.
I'm a full time professional bass player/ tutor and (amateur) film maker from New Zealand and I decided its time to combine all those skills and bring some of my bass lessons and solo's to the world of youtube. We will be covering all the basics of bass playing so you can start from knowing nothing about the bass to being able sound like an uber funk machine. I also love to make crazy bass versions of songs and movies/game themes as well as showing off some of my favourite bass covers.
My lessons are FAST PACED, TO THE POINT, VISUAL and ENTERTAINING! So grab your bass, strap in and lets learn how to play some sweet funky riffs!!!!
I have a Bachelors Degree in Music anda diploma in Jazz Bass Performance and I have been performing and teaching full time for the last 10 years. Bass is my life and I love to help people achieve the highest level they can with the instrument BECAUSE THE BASS RULES!!!
