Well, I finally made the video you’ve been asking for: How to film yourself in a cinematic way using JUST YOUR PHONE. 🤳
You won’t need expensive cameras or lenses, just the minimum gear that I explain in the video, you, and some simple tricks that make a HUGE difference.
I’ll show you how to add movement, make your shots look way more cinematic, and even put together a full sequence, all by yourself.

Not long ago I was stuck in London working so hard to keep up with life, now I’m typing this from a beautiful retreat hidden in a jungle by the river in Bali. 🌴
Of course, it took me years of very hard work, struggles and many tears to get to where I am now. But guess what? I wouldn’t change ANYTHING. All of that made me who I am today and I couldn’t be happier at this point in my life! 🥹
The question is: How bad do you want it? How much are you willing to sacrifice to achieve your dreams?

As you may know, I’ve been in Spain visiting my family. And after that, I went to London for the first time since I moved to Bali. I had some exciting photoshoots and I also got to see my best friends! 🥰
However, even though I had an incredible time, I also had a very deep realisation that I wanted to share with you…
I hope today’s video inspires you if you feel the same way as me. Maybe it will be your sign to take that step in your life you’re thinking about. I don’t know… I want my channel to be inspiring not just about photography but also about life experiences and situations. I find it very encouraging to have a community where we can all share what we go through. A place where we can support each other career-wise and on a more personal level.

Hey! I’m Laura, a Spanish Photographer and Creative Director. I left my country over 11 years ago to pursue my dreams in the creative industry in London.
