Quick reminder to stay safe!
Apparently, California is on fire right now. I live in California myself, and although I'm lucky enough not to be close to the fires and not know anyone affected by them personally, I'd still like people to stay safe.
Also, I can't believe this guy has taken so long to make a post that an entire year has past smh -_-

In case yall were wondering why I haven't uploaded in a month, here's the long-winded reason, skip to the bottom if you don't wanna read all of what I'm gonna type.
So when I started this channel, I originally wanted to make oc content. But I knew if I just made bad drawings of my oc's, no one would care, so I started drawing things that already had fandoms around them.
This was fine until I started to get sick of it, I wanted to animate, but I just thought, "i need to get an audience first" and so I kept half-heartedly drawing things I didn't want to draw.
After a while, I could take it and took a break from YouTube for a while, and when I came back, I started drawing things I was interested in at the time! And then I ran out of things I was interested in. And now I'm here. Out of ideas, inspiration, and motivation. So I've decided something.
I'm not going to quit. Obviously, it's either youtube or death. But I'm going to take a long break, try different styles of content, and see what I like. I'm just going to step back until I have enough energy to get back into the game.
Adding onto that, I'm going to stop uploading speed weekly speed draws, I feel like the pressure of trying to do something weekly that I didn't want to do was why I kept getting such horrible art block.
Also don't worry, I'm still primarily going to be an animation channel, but I might upload a few different types of videos along with animations.
Tl;dr: I'm not quiting YT, I'm just gonna take a long break while I sort out what I wanna do with the channel. Also, there are no more weekly short form speed draws.
