My name is Josie. I am a mom, a wife and a career woman who loves to travel as well as experiment in the kitchen. I created this channel to connect with my parents since I live thousand of miles away from them. I wanted them to see where I have been in my travels and that their dear daughter who does not know how to cook before getting married now sees her kitchen as her best friend. 😀
Because of my busy work, I don't usually cook everyday. But to keep me sane during the pandemic, I started hanging out in my kitchen almost everyday and experiment with recipes which I normally didn't do as often before. I feel motivated when my family praises how good the food I prepare for them. There is a lot to learn, but nevertheless the experience has been refreshing and productive. I'd like to share what I've learned, and maybe you'll find something interesting, too!
