Hey mason, I figured out how to redownload fallout DLC(like farharbor).
1. Hover over Fallout 4
2. Click down arrow (like where you see trophies)
3. Click โPlayStation Storeโ in the left panel
4. In the right panel, click on โYour Add-Ons,
5. Redownload the DLC
