Are you a fan of Cauliflower? Here's a simple, delicious recipe for roasted cauliflower:

Here’s what you’ll need:

1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: Grated Parmesan cheese for extra flavor

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Make sure every piece is well-coated.

Spread the cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet, making sure the florets aren’t overcrowded. This helps them roast evenly and get that perfect crisp.

Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy on the edges. If you’re a cheese lover, sprinkle some Parmesan over the cauliflower in the last 5 minutes of baking.
