I received an e-mail about the alleged lunar Sabbath which I have addressed indirectly in several videos. I decided I should make a post with this content for any who may be curious. Much more could be added but this was a short e-mail response:
After careful study of the Scriptures, and with reverence for the authority of the Word of YaHuWaH, it becomes clear that the Sabbath was established during creation as a fixed, recurring seven-day cycle, independent of the moon.
Bereshiyth (Genesis) 1–2 shows that the seven-day week was set in place before the moon was even assigned for signs and moedim (appointed times).
> “And on the seventh day Elohim ended His work... and He rested on the seventh day and set it apart.” (Genesis 2:2–3)
Nowhere in Scripture does the Sabbath command change to a lunar-based system. In fact, Shemoth (Exodus) 16, where the manna fell for six days and none on the seventh, shows a continuous weekly cycle — not one interrupted by new moons or lunar resets.
Additionally, when we look at the life of Yahuwshuwa the Messiah, He kept the Sabbath on the seventh day in the same rhythm as the rest of Yahudah (Judah). There’s no evidence He or the apostles observed a floating Sabbath based on lunar cycles.
The lunar Sabbath theory creates confusion, breaks the continuous 7-day pattern established by YaHuWaH, and ultimately leads people away from the simple obedience He desires. It is not found in the Torah, the Prophets, or the Renewed Covenant.
Let's take a deeper dive:
Strong’s H7650 — to swear, to make an oath, to bind oneself. This root שבע (shava/shaba) literally means "seven", but it also carries the meaning of "to swear an oath." Why? Because in Hebrew thought, seven and covenant are inseparable.
1. שֶׁבַע – sheva/sheba (seven)
Strong’s H7651
The basic cardinal number seven in Hebrew.
Derived from the root שׁ־ב־ע (shava), implying completeness, divine order, and fulfillment.
Seven is not just a number — it represents spiritual completion and covenant fidelity.
2. שָׁבוּעַ – shabua (week)
Strong’s H7620
Literally means “a unit of seven,” typically understood as a seven-day week.
Comes directly from the same root — again emphasizing completion and cycle.
A “week” in Hebrew is a sevens, not just seven days arbitrarily chosen. It’s a covenantal cycle, completed in the Shabbat.
3. שַׁבָּת – Shabbat (Sabbath)
Strong’s H7676
The seventh day, set apart by YaHuWaH at creation (Genesis 2:2–3).
Though spelled slightly differently, it’s closely connected to the same root ideas: rest, cessation, completion, and oath.
The Shabbat is not just rest — it is the sign of the covenant (see Shemoth/Exodus 31:16–17).
“It is a sign between Me and the children of Yisra’el forever, for in six days YaHuWaH made the heavens and the earth, and on the seventh day He rested and was refreshed.” (Exodus 31:17)
4. שָׁבוּעוֹת – Shabuot (Feast of Weeks)
Literally means “weeks” — referring to the seven completed Sabbaths after the wave sheaf during Unleavened Bread (Leviticus 23:15–16).
Shavuot is counted with a perfect sequence of sevens, emphasizing divine order.
It's the renewal of covenant, when the Torah was given at Sinai — and later when the Spirit was poured out in Acts 2.
This feast embodies the connection between 7, Sabbath, and covenant oath. The cycle of sevens culminates in renewed covenant and empowerment.
5. שָׁבַע – Shaba To swear an oath
The same root used for “seven” is also used for “oath.”
In Hebrew culture, to swear an oath was sometimes expressed as “to seven oneself.”
The idea is: when you bind yourself in a covenant, you align yourself with the perfection and completeness represented by seven.
Summary of the Hebrew Connection:
Hebrew Word Meaning Root Idea Covenant Link
Sheva (שבע) Seven Completion Spiritual fullness
Shavua (שבוע) Week (unit of 7) Sevens Recurring sacred time
Shabbat (שבת) Sabbath (7th day) Rest, cessation Sign of the everlasting covenant
Shavuot (שבועות) Feast of Weeks (7x7) Sevens cycle Covenant renewal and giving
Shava (שבע) To swear an oath Seven Binding covenant with YaHuWaH
The Hebrew language reveals that YaHuWaH built covenant into the very fabric of time. The weekly Sabbath, the cycle of sevens, and even the major moedim (appointed times) are all based on the pattern of seven, echoing His perfection, His rest, and His unbreakable oath to His people.
To adopt a lunar-based week or disrupt this cycle is not just a calendrical error — it's a break from the covenant pattern He established from the foundation of the world.
Let me know if you'd like this formatted for a handout, slide, or email teaching.
I encourage all who are searching for truth to test this doctrine carefully and prayerfully — not by tradition or internet claims, but by the unchanging Word of YaHuWaH.
May we continue to pursue His truth with clarity and reverence, and reject any teaching that adds confusion to what He has clearly established from the beginning.

Shalom family!
YaHuWaH be with you! I wanted to take a moment to provide an update on the progress of my upcoming book, which is a labor of deep study that focuses on the pronunciation and understanding of the Name: YHWH (YaHuWaH). This project is far from a standard publication. Due to the book’s substantial size, the richness of its visual content, and the high quality standards we've set, both in presentation and spiritual integrity, the production process presents unique challenges that go beyond those of a typical paperback or hardcover release.
For those unfamiliar with the project, here is a brief overview:
This work is the result of decades of careful compilation and analysis. I knew when I first recorded Restoring The Creator's Name: Ha'Shem Revealed back in 2009 that I would gather as much information as possible to release an elaborate book presentation of the information. The manuscript now exceeds 500 pages and features over 330 high-resolution illustrations, including rare and meticulously sourced images of the Dead Sea Scrolls, inscriptions, and ancient artifacts. The book explores over 50 significant archaeological discoveries and draws from a wide range of ancient languages, including Egyptian hieroglyphs, Hebrew, Babylonian cuneiform, Aramaic, Arabic, Greek, and Latin. Each section is crafted with diligence and awe, seeking to honor the Qodesh (Set-Apart) nature of the Name and the history surrounding it.
We are now in the final editing phases. Every element, from textual accuracy to image clarity to the physical materials used in printing, is being carefully evaluated. This is a Qodesh undertaking, every step must reflect the reverence and integrity this subject demands, including the printing and distribution process.
I have a number of plans underway, including announcements of key dates and video content related to the book in the near future. Your patience and encouragement have meant a great deal throughout this journey.
At this point, I would deeply appreciate your prayers for wisdom, discernment, and the information needed to move forward in alignment with the purpose of this work. If you feel led to support this project further, I welcome any donations to help cover the considerable expenses involved in bringing this vision to life. If you would like to be part of my mailing list which will be receiving exclusive updates please e-mail me at messengerofthename@proton.me. Donations can be received through www.messengerofthename.com or e-mail for more information. If you have special skills that you believe can help this project please consider e-mailing me as well. Thank you for walking this path with me. Keep an eye out for new videos soon.
With gratitude and reverence,

Over the years, I’ve witnessed and been an active part of a growing number of people coming to the beautiful truth of the Name and for that, I rejoice. It’s truly encouraging to see so many hearts stirred by the desire to honor our Creator and His Son in spirit and in truth. However, I've also come to realize that many are embracing the Name without a foundational understanding of the Hebrew language. While it's a berikah (blessing) that the Ruach is leading people to truth, I’ve noticed that in trying to share and explain the Name to others, some unintentionally spread confusion due to common misunderstandings of basic Hebrew grammar and structure. However there are also individuals who have agendas and spread this misinformation intentionally as well.
That’s why I’ve poured years of study, prayer, and research into compiling a comprehensive resource, over 500 pages, with more than 200 scholarly citations and over 330 visual illustrations, all designed to provide a clear, academically sound explanation of the true pronunciation and meaning of YaHuWaH and Yahushua.
This work was created not to argue, but to build up, to serve as a tool for those who want to go deeper, understand the linguistic roots, and speak with clarity and confidence when sharing the Name. I will announce a release date soon. The book is going through final edits and some final tweaks on formatting.
May this be a berikah to you on your journey.
Shalom.

Major update on the book project about The Name YHWH.
The manuscript has grown beyond anything I originally imagined. The process is very time consuming but hopefully the work will help many people understand the full weight of the pronunciation YaHuWaH. It is so much easier to just make videos than to make a book of this particular caliber.
336 illustrations
Over 200 scholarly citations
50+ archaeological discoveries referenced — beyond the Hebrew Scriptures
And now just over 500 pages in total
Formatting is nearly complete. One final round of edits remains — the fine-tooth comb to catch any last typos or inconsistencies. I’ve spent countless hours on this, and it shows. This has been years of digging, studying, checking, and rechecking.
This isn’t a devotional, a commentary, or a quick read.
This is an exhaustive, detailed exploration of the name YHWH — its origins, its historical context, its usage, and its likely pronunciation — all grounded in ancient sources, archaeology, linguistics, and critical scholarship. The book takes a scaffold learning approach where information is repeated in intervals so that complex linguistic matters can be understood even by those who are not scholars or academic types.
The final edition will be released as an 8x10 hardcover — built to last, built for serious study. This will be something you want to pass on to your loved ones.
We’re getting close. I hope to announce release details very soon.
Thank you to everyone who’s supported this along the way. It’s nearly time. This effort has taken a lot of my personal time and resources. Many of you have donated to assist the project and I am thankful for your assistance. If anyone would to ensure this effort gets the maximum push it needs then please feel free to donate at www.messengerofthename.com or e-mail me at messengerofthename@proton.me. Thank you for your time, support and prayers. I will not be releasing a video this week. I am too tired from all the hours I have put into the book. It has become quite normal for me to stay up until the sun rises typing away, reading or studying through ancient texts of the Dead Sea or the Cairo Geniza. I need Shabbat to rest and I hope you have a great rest too! YaHuwaH be with you!

A Little Update : Trusting in YHWH's Timing
Shalom beloved brothers and sisters,
I wanted to share a quick update with you all. It's not quite time for Shabbat here but getting close as I type. I’ve been working hard to get the next video uploaded, but I’ve run into a few unexpected technical issues that are holding things up. I’m doing all I can to resolve them, but if they persist, I may need to wait until after the Sabbath to complete the upload. I truly appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
Behind the scenes, I’m also continuing to pour my heart into the book project. It has grown into something much more detailed and extensive than I originally planned. With over 200 citations and close to 200 pictures, the formatting and layout have become a much larger undertaking than I expected. I believe it’s all worth it and I’m working diligently to ensure it’s something that brings clarity, edification, and truth. That being said I'm nearly done with the pictures and formatting (sigh of relief).
Through all the delays and challenges, I’m reminded that everything happens according to YHWH’s perfect timing. Sometimes He slows us down so we can lean more deeply into Him and remember that He is the One who brings the increase.
If you’re also walking through something that feels slower or harder than you thought, take heart. YHWH sees your endurance, and He is working even in the waiting phase. Keep pressing forward, keep trusting, and know that you are not alone in your journey.
Thank you all for your prayers, support, and kind messages. They mean more than you know. May your Sabbath be restful, full of light, and rich in His presence.
With love in Yahushua,
Messenger Of The Name

“You Sound Like a Pharisee” A Common Accusation Against Truth-Seekers
It seems today, if you stand firmly on Scripture, quote the Word without watering it down, or defend the Names of the Father (YaHuWaH) and Son (Yahushua), you’ll likely be called a Pharisee, not by the world, but by other "believers."
Let’s be clear, the Pharisees weren’t rebuked because they loved the Word too much. They were rebuked because they rejected truth when it challenged their traditions.
They were rebuked because they:
Loved the praise of men more than the approval of Elohim (John 12:43)
Held fast to traditions over commandments (Mark 7:7–9)
Looked set apart outwardly but were full of pride and hypocrisy (Matt. 23:25–28)
If quoting the Scriptures or encouraging someone to dig deeper into Scripture makes me a Pharisee, what does that say about the state of modern believers? We’ve reached a place where truth sounds harsh, and conviction feels like judgment.
Many of us have been told, “Be careful not to be a Pharisee” just for quoting Scripture or standing for something set apart. The truth is, the Pharisees were the ones who persecuted truth, not the ones who preached it.
Let’s stop using “Pharisee” as a label to silence people who simply love the Word.
Quoting Scripture isn’t legalism. Seeking accuracy isn’t pride. Defending the Name of the Most High isn’t self-righteousness.
It’s obedience, and obedience is a fruit of love (John 14:15).
So next time someone calls you a Pharisee for standing on the Word, remember: Yahushua was called demon-possessed, blasphemous, and dangerous too, by religious people. You're in good company.
Keep walking in truth, humility, and love. And don’t let false accusations shake your stand.
Truth is not popular but it is eternal. Still working on my book and plan to have a new video next week. Stay tuned into YaHuWaH and keep looking out for new videos etc.
YaHuWaH lead you,

Shalom family,
To all those who have awakened to the true Names of our Father YaHuWaH and our Redeemer Yahushua ha’Mashiach, YOU are not alone. You may feel isolated at times. You may be surrounded by people who don’t yet see what you see, who don’t speak the Name, who don’t walk the narrow path... But take heart: You are part of the REMNANT. The ones being called out. The ones returning to covenant. The ones proclaiming the Set-Apart Name in spirit and in truth.
We’re scattered across nations, but united in Ruach.
We’re walking through fire, but being refined like gold.
We’re rising, not in haughtiness, but in obedience.
We’re being perfected, we were chosen, and we are waking up.
Like wicks lit from the Menorah, the light is spreading. You are not the only flame. We are here, brothers and sisters from every corner, walking the path, holding each other up, proclaiming the truth the world has forgotten. So stay strong. Stay set-apart. Stay in the Name. Yahushua is coming for His Bride and the remnant is preparing herself.
Much ahabah (love) to you all. We are in this together. Remember when you feel alone, when trials come, that we are all here together united in Ruach Ha'Qodesh and that YaHuWaH is with us. Thank you for all of your support and kindness. I'm working diligently on the book that I have been talking about for some time now. Hope to announce a release date soon. Until then lookout for new videos etc. Remember, YOU are the remnant, the chosen.

Shalom, beloved family!
It’s time for an exciting update on the book that’s been 20 years in the making.
For those just joining the journey, I’ve been diligently compiling a comprehensive, evidence-based study on the pronunciation of the Name, YHWH. This is no ordinary book. This is a project fueled by vision, passion, deep research, and a calling to restore and proclaim YaHuWaH’s Name with clarity and conviction. I know that I have been led to compile this evidence in a way that can only be done by the guidance of YHWH.
Right now, the manuscript contains nearly 200 scholarly citations and will feature over 100 high-resolution images — including fragments, scrolls, inscriptions, and ancient artifacts that speak directly to the authenticity and sound of The Name. These visuals aren’t just decorations — they’re primary-source proof of what has long been concealed.
The book will be printed in full color on premium photo paper to honor the significance of the materials and to allow readers — scholars and laypeople alike — to see the evidence with their own eyes. This isn’t just another study. It’s a visual, academic, and spiritual experience.
I’ve personally invested countless hours, often sacrificing sleep, opportunities, and income to bring this vision to life. I’ve spent over $5,000 just for the rights to publish these rare and powerful images, and more on editing and design. This work is being done with the utmost excellence, not for profit, but for impact.
Many have asked: “How can I help?”
Here’s how:
You can support this mission financially at www.messengerofthename.com. If you want to donate in some other way you can e-mail me at messengerofthename@proton.me.
You can pray, fast, and share the videos and posts with others who are hungry for truth.
And most importantly you can stand with me in restoring the reverence, truth, and beauty of YaHuWaH’s Name in our generation.
This book is unlike anything in existence. When it’s complete, it will stand as a historic and prophetic witness not only to the accuracy of The Name, but to the endurance of those who carried it forward.
History will be made. The Name will be known. And you can be part of it.
Thank you for your love, encouragement, and support in every form.
With expectation,

This is the message of redemption for all who will heed the call of the Master, YAHUWAH Elohim.Throughout history, the Name of the Almighty—YAHUWAH—has been misused, obscured, or replaced by religious, political, and commercial systems. Yet, His Name is central to His identity, His covenant, and His power to redeem. As followers of the true Mashiyach, YaHuWshuwa—meaning “YAHUWAH is salvation”—we are called to proclaim and restore His Shem (Name and character) to the lost sheep of the house of Yisra’El. The mission is to awaken hearts to the truth of His Name and to walk in obedience, reverence, and faithfulness to His Word. Let all who seek deliverance return to the Name above all names—YAHUWAH—and find life, hope, and restoration in Him.
