My name is Ed and i manage a Grain Elevator in South West Kansas. For quite some time now, i have been watching quite a few videos on YouTube relating to dairy production, farming, and ranching. I have always found this to be very interesting as It gets you into the point of view of the day to day workings of a rancher, farmer, and dairy producer.
