My Life on Visalus. 4 years ago I was above 150 lbs, I got sick and tired of not looking and being myself anymore so I made a conscious decision to change. I challenge myself to obtain a healthy physique. When I found the Body By Vi Challenge that vision was reached, and now I have gone above and beyond that goal, because of Visalus I'm helping other reach their goals as well... which is much more rewarding then anything I will do for myself!
I have reached my goals by learning from my failures, readjustments, and never giving up.
This is my NEW life. This is my PASSION.
