The manifestor has a tricky task on their hands when they are creating their vision...
They absolutely REQUIRE confidence because they have to go after what they want.
At the same time, they need to communicate with others to enroll them in their vision. This requires mastering connection and communication.
In The Confidence Keys, I shared the three blocks that get in the way of manifestors as they create and the three keys to overcome them.
One manifestor who watched them shed some tears as she came into alignment with a truth that was meaningful to her.

Recently I had a life-changing 'aha' moment.
It was so beautiful and so subtle. It was a one degree shift that I felt change the course of my life.
I realized how much of a tendency I had to undermine my own self in my thoughts. And I decided to stop undermining myself.
I have come to the point where I am actually aligned and trustworthy with myself.
It doesn't make sense to undermine myself. I am good. I am aligned. I am true.
My life-force energy is being used well and I love what I am doing.
I do feel confident in ME. I confide in myself.
It's like the identity of low-self esteem just fell off of me like a coat onto the floor and I stepped away from it.
It's no surprise that this has been my highest sales month in a decade. I am trustworthy with myself. I am trustworthy with others. The floodgates are open.
It all feels very natural and easy.
It's like nothing has changed, but everything has changed at the same time.
I am so grateful for this shift and the self-love that it means for me.
When I speak to my fellow Generators and MGs it is so easy to detect where they are compromising their real Yes or No...
And I truly relish the opportunity to give them permission to say Yes to their Yes and No to their No. It's so simple and easy...and it feels so good.
It's called alignment.
It's called confidence.
It's how things are meant to be.

It's a tricky thing for the Manifestor...
What they want in life isn't coming towards them. They have to go towards it.
They need to put themselves out there and go for everything..risking rejection and failure every time.
This definitely requires confidence.
At the same time, for most things they will want, they need to be excellent communicators, informing others and garnering other's support for their initiatives.
When it doesn't go as they wished, it's easy for the manifestor to slip into the not-self theme of 'anger'.
This is a great repellent of creation...who wants to hang around an angry person?
Not for long!
Finding that delicate middle ground between initiating and feeling peaceful, while communicating and letting go...this is the sweet spot where a manifestor can build their confidence.

"What can I say? I know what I know. I see what I see."
Most projectors know deep down how brilliant and valuable they are.
Any tendency to hold back their gifts or to lack the confidence to put themselves out there is usually born of one of two things:
1) They've had too many negative past experiences of not being well-received.
Many projectors were not recognized and supported in their true gifts as children. This essentially means that their way of seeing wasn't validated and they were gaslighted by the people around them who were not able to see what they saw.
Into adulthood this can mean that they are still involving themselves in environments where what they see is not valued for the gold it is.
As one projector I spoke to yesterday said, "I keep making biscuits to give to people and nobody wants my biscuits. So I change the recipe and try again, but still, nobody wants my biscuits."
Try that for a few decades and you too would be reticent to distribute your biscuits.
(it turns out that she is actually more like dynamite and her problem was she was trying to package an explosive in a biscuit-format...which is obviously futile)
2) The second thing that hold projectors back from sharing is a fear of lack of energy or burn-out.
They have probably already gone through a burn-out and have been in environments their whole life where they had to keep up with the generators...to their own detriment.
They haven't found their groove on how to share in a way that works for their energy rhythms.
These are the two biggest things that I see stopping projectors. The first one is the doozy.

The Generator or Manifesting Generator....
So much life-force that you have to share. You can create limitlessly, or so it seems.
Until one day you realize that all of your energy has been slipping through your hands. You do and do with very little to show for it at the end of it all.
You've given so much. You've taken all the courses. You have too many certifications. You have so much to offer that you confuse yourself with all that you can provide.
You are undermining yourself because you didn't factor YOU into the equation.
You somehow devalued your own brilliance and your own creative capacity.
You haven't prospered from your efforts. You haven't harnessed your true power.
And you are tired. You can feel your vitality diminishing.
It hurts because you know you've been hurting yourself.
And this damages your self-confidence, because you haven't been a trustworthy advocate for yourself.
Why do the world's most powerful creators so often undermine their own gifts?
OUCH.

Introducing.... The Confidence Keys!
I spent the last 3 months talking to over 50 amazing women...
I asked them about what they most desired, and what was stopping them from receiving it.
Of the 50, 30 women felt that they have a significant contribution to make in the world, but were struggling to "put themselves out there."
Conversation after conversation, I noticed that there were actually only 3 types of things that were stopping them.
And all 3 of those things could be boiled down to one word:
CONFIDENCE
I was stunned to discover that what they were lacking, underneath it all, was really a strong sense of self-trust and belief.
Their lack of self-confidence manifested in 3 areas:
~ Blocked by Fear and Resistance
~ Unclear in their Creative Direction
~ Uncertain about what Actions to Take
Certainly I could resonate.
And yet, there are some key mindsets, tools and hard-earned life experience that I have adopted that allow me to consistently put myself out there creatively NO MATTER WHAT.
I keep creating!
And this is why I got excited to create The Confidence Keys - Webinar Series
The Confidence Keys is a 3-part Webinar series where I will unpack these 3 Confidence Keys according to each Human Design Type.

I haven't had a full-time job in over 15 years. (My full-time job was selling hoodies at Lululemon in Vancouver)
Earlier in my business I had a run of making six-figures from about 2010-2015.
But at that time even though I made money I was very stressed and anxious, my expenses were often more than I made and I would wake up with heavy-feelings inside.
I learned that money doesn't solve inner issues related to pressure, anxiety and feeling bad.
Then, I rejected my business and lived for a long time on very little money. (sometimes less than $1000/month) I still worked in the same field but I significantly lowered my expenses by pairing everything down to the bare minimum and living in Mexico.
I discovered inner peace during this time and really came into the core frequency of who I am. I processed a lot of the bad feelings and fear.
Then, I wanted to make money again and decided to build an internet presence. Because I associated making money with bad feelings, it has been a process of re-wiring the good feelings with money-making.
Something interesting has happened in this process of living with plenty of money and very little money.
My inner well-being is no longer connected with how much or how little money I have. Either way, I feel safe and that all will be okay.
Living with very little money has shown me that even if I'm literally down to my last penny, something always arrives for me to be fed and provided for.
I am so grateful for this liberation with money because I see that many people, no matter how much they have, are completely beholden to money in order to feel okay and to decide what is a Yes or a No for them.
Instead of feeling free either way, they cannot make decisions based on their truth. They may not even be able to PERCEIVE their truth because of requiring the decision to be made in relation to money.
I love money and respect money. I am intentional with my money. I receive and spend in alignment with my values. It feels good. And, I am not afraid. I trust myself and I trust God.
I am so grateful to have lived these extremes and to know that I have a solid inner state to create MORE from.
My money journey has been very liberating for me and I have an inner freedom now that is with me, no matter what my outer circumstances.
