This Vanilla Swiss Roll Cake recipe is soft and moist. A chiffon roll cake filled with buttercream-cream cheese frosting that so easy to make!
Ingredients
Dry ingredients
75 g cake flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
Egg yolk mixture
4 egg yolks 70 g
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp corn syrup substitute honey or sugar
Milk mixture
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1-1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract vanilla
Meringue
4 egg whites 140 g
1/2 tsp lemon juice
45 g granulated sugar
For the Buttercream Frosting
2 tbsp cream cheese softened
100 g unsalted butter
1 cup powdered sugar sifted
1-1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
