I have just posted a flip through of my Metamorphosis art journal on my Kofi page exclusively for my supporters there. This is a journal I made back in the summer from an ecoprint bundle of cloth and paper. Look out this Friday for part one of a Slow Journalling series here on YouTube, using the ecoprint bundle I made last week. Hello lovely people, last night whilst watching TV an advert came on from a well known British supermarket featuring French toast crumpets, so of course I had to try them. π The recipe called for red fruits cooked in a little maple syrup but I didn't have either so I chopped up a nectarine and drizzled honey over the top. In a nutshell, for two crumpets, beat one egg and a tablespoon of milk in a bowl, soak the crumpets in it, turning both sides until they have slurped it all up then fry in a little butter, until both sides are golden. They put icing sugar in the egg mixture but I left it out. Serve with fruit, honey or syrup and Greek yogurt. Dessert disguised as breakfast was the strapline. Yummy is my verdict πβ₯οΈ

Hello lovely people. Just to let you know that Stella, Fredfred and I are safely installed in our new home and all of us are fine. Thank you so much for all your messages, I now have internet so I am looking forward to reading all your posts in the Facebook group and comments here on YouTube later today when I have unpacked the kitchen boxes. This week's Wonky Wednesday will be a video I made a few weeks ago that I kept back as a 'spare' so I hope you enjoy it tomorrow. I will be set up in time to make next Monday's video here in my new home and I am looking forward to that. I will also share a video of my new home and Stella and Fredfred in situ very soon.
