I apologize for the wait between videos! It's been a bit crazy irl lately. I had a lot of things I had to take care of with family, got sick recently (not viral, pre-existing shit that shut me down for a few days), and I just had to scale back production on videos for a bit. 😵💫
Hoping to get back into the swing of things, so I'll be getting some more videos done in advance to try and keep the currently set schedule (weekend release of a main vid, with a couple of shorts around the same time.) I'll be playing catch up with Baldur's Gate shorts since I haven't been making those from the episodes yet. 😵
As stated on a previous community post, the RE4 videos will be coming back! We just need to record more of it, where we have an over-abundance of Baldur's Gate 3 to get edited at this point. We should be recording a session or two this coming weekend, so you can expect a new episode after episode 4 of Baldur's Gate. 🫡

To our subscribers, I'm sorry that there is no video this week and that we've fallen behind on shorts! We have so much Baldur's Gate footage now, it's going to be a massive undertaking to edit them... It's going to be more of a highlight series as opposed to how we have been doing the RE4 Remake series which has basically just been a trimmed cut of the whole game.
We usually use about half of the footage from RE4 Remake, where Baldur's gate will be anywhere between 1/4th to 1/8th. The episodes will also be shorter for Baldur's Gate considering it's probably going to be something like 4 hours getting turned into less than a half hour. Because we're having to learn a new workflow for this style of editing, this week we decided not to release a video.
We'll do our best to make sure the next video is worth the wait! Here's a screenshot from when we were getting a cool thumbnail shot 😁👌

So between yesterday and the night before, we just recorded around 11 hours of Baldur's Gate 3 with a couple of friends! These 2 sessions alone will probably cover 8-10 episodes! We will of course continue both RE4 Remake and BattleBlock Theater, but we've been playing Baldur's Gate 3 for a couple of months now in early access and were incredibly excited for the full release to get some recordings done! 😁👌
Fair warning, it's going to be a bit janky at parts (my recording stopped after about 4 hours because I ran out of space on my SSD, but we've got a second angle to cover that), but we'll be doing our best to maintain our quality and audio leveling as usual!
It's one of my biggest pet peeves is when I'm watching a video and it's really poorly mastered, or even just not leveled at all. One of these days, I'll go over how I record gameplay, get the recordings prepped for editing, and go through how we edit the videos. It's quite a process, but has made it very easy to keep the audio quality up to my desired standards by allowing full control of each audio part. 🙂

Tyson here, I had planned on cranking out BattleBlock Theater episode 2 today, but OOPS I NUKED THE FOOTAGE WHILE CLEARING STORAGE SPACE ON MY DRIVES
So the next episode coming out will be RE4 Remake #9. It'll probably be dropping tomorrow since this is a last minute discovery of something I was planning on having ready later today. When we do BattleBlock again, we'll just be continuing from where we left off in spite of the lost footage since it's mostly gameplay and conversation driven anyway.
