2 TAVR in a single day. Despite the challenges, both came out with flying colours! Accurate Neo 2 and Myvalve were deployed. For 1 patient, the large bore access was closed using Manta Device.

TAVR, or Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement, is a minimally invasive procedure used to replace a narrowed aortic valve that isn't opening properly. Instead of open-heart surgery, doctors insert a new valve through a catheter, typically via a small incision in the groin or chest. This approach is often used for patients who are at high risk for traditional surgery.

This smiling gentleman is the Eastern Indiaâs first recipient of Watchman Flex Device (Left atrial appendage Occluder Device, Boston Scientific) on his first follow up visit. He had intracranial hemorrhage (CVA) with Apixaban (DOAC medicine used for stroke prevention in Atrial Fibrillation).
