Welcome to my very first bodyweight pilates Fitplan! Here you will begin to develop the fundamentals of the method while treating yourself to a challenging workout. Expect to learn a mix of classical and contemporary Pilates exercises, and start on the road toward controlling each aspect of your practice. Remember it's a journey, 1 precise rep is worth 10 sloppy ones so have patience with yourself, you will improve with consistency, I promise!
This Fitplan is a library of Pilates programs. Each lesson is designed to teach key movement skills, and strengthen, mobilize and stabilize the body as a whole. You can expect a detailed introduction to the principles of the Pilates method.
I have included a variety of approaches to develop self-mastery (altering pace, range, load against gravity, the base of support, etc).
