We repair, service and sell pre-owned iRobot roombas and braavas. We also offer long term support to our customers. We started this hobby when we bought a roomba off from Facebook marketplace and found that the roomba didnât work and the seller ghosted us and gave us a fake address and then disappeared off from Facebook. Since we didnât want this to happen to someone else, we decided to use our knowledge about roombas (we have owned them for 20 years) and to start fixing them and selling them fully serviced. What we found is that people were happy to buy something second hand that not only worked but also had a 30 day limited warranty and long term support.
