It's flower Friday! Unfortunately there won't be a video today. I've been sick for three days (a cold). Now it's raining for the next two. I'm hoping to be able to get Sundays video out 🫰 Tomorrow's video on Next Level Homestead will be out as scheduled as most of it was filmed before I got sick. Anyway... to celebrate flower Friday, here is my first crocus bloom 😊

Soooo... Because of all of the rain, I've been having to juggle video subjects (ones filmed inside vs outside). This video was going to come out today (Tues) but it will be out tomorrow (Wed).
But that is also a good way to announce that for the month of March (at least) we will be adding Wednesday videos to our weekly lineup. So Fruits and Veggies on Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday... Flowers and ornamentals on Fridays... and Next Level Homestead videos on Saturdays!

I've been gardening for 30 years, 10 of which I was mentored by a University of California Certified Master Gardener.
I don’t just love gardening, it is my passion and other than my family and friends, it is my life. I wake up thinking about it and go to sleep thinking about it. Sometimes it keeps me up at night thinking about new and better ways of growing organically.
Now, in my 30th year of gardening, I am going to use YouTube to pass on the gift of inspiration and knowledge that I was freely given three decades ago by an amazing gardener who probably never knew just how important a role she played in my life.
I only hope I can help you discover what a life-changing past-time gardening can be.
