Hey! It's been a while since I've introduced myself.
Got some new followers on here so here's some info on who I am and what I do!

- I've been married for 18 years with two kids 13 and 17.
- I grew up in Long Island to Florida, but to Atlanta to start a digital agency in 1999.
- Started off by designing $500 websites.
- Figured out I needed to charge a lot more.
- Sold $100,000+ websites and working with brands like AT&T, Hitachi, and Lotus Cars to name a few.
- Eventually we grew the agency to over 8 figures where a lot of companies wanted to buy us.
- Sold the digital agency, and was bored.
- Old competitors reached out to see how we scaled, how we were so profitable, and how we sold.
- 2014 started the Smart Agency Masterclass podcast started.
- Helped agency owners grow and scale faster.
- 2016 started an agency owner mastermind where agencies can connect with like minded people and grow faster together.
- 2020 started another digital agency, and in under 2 years we were over the $20 million mark.
- Moved to Durango Colorado and built our dream home SWENK Mountain:)
My goal is to be a resource I wish I had when I was running the first agency. And to give as MUCH free value to people as possible.
If I can help one person take action, it's worth it.
But my mission to help agency owners transform their agency challenges into an "asset" that created predictability, wealth, and freedom.
