To those who watch No Jumper and enjoy the shows, which show(s) do you believe they should keep? Based on the last 5 complete episodes, this is a ranking of their shows based on views, and all eight of them perform great (The News show is not included). This list did not compile views that include the clips. Maybe someone else who is interested can compile that to determine if this ranking would remain the same. But the overhead costs, that most watchers do not understand, might not make sense to continue doing all these shows. What's you favorite show? or what's your most unfavorite show? There is a poll we posted, but Youtube only allows for FOUR entries, so the poll included the top 4 shows only.

1. Adam & Wack show = 153k views per episode

2. The No Jumper Show = 92.4k views per episode

3. The Bottom Line = 75.4k views per episode

4. On A Sick One = 56k views per episode (based on last 3 only)

5. The Sharp Tank = 46.6k views per episode

6. No Statements = 34.6k views per episode

7. Here We Go Again = 33.8k views per episode

8. The CEO podcast = 32.4k views per episode

Some believe that, Johnny "Crow" Martinez who became a talented jailhouse lawyer has unfairly spent his entire adult life behind bars for a murder he did not commit.

Martinez was convicted in 1994 of taking part in a brawl that ended in the stabbing death of Ricky Michaels after a pickup basketball game in Fullerton. Under the law at the time, Martinez was considered as accountable as the actual killer, under the theory that Michaels’ death was a “natural and probable consequence” of the fight. Martinez, barely 18, was sentenced to 24 years to life in state prison.

Decades later, the law has been changed, requiring that murder defendants who are not the actual killers to not be charged with first degree murder. A judge in December overturned the conviction after 30 years and Martinez was instead found guilty of misdemeanor charges carrying an 18-month sentence. However, instead of gaining his freedom, Martinez is now in federal custody to face brand new Mexican Mafia racketeering charges.

Prosecutors say that Martinez is a violent Mexican Mafia member from Orange County who has extorted drug dealers and ordered hits on people who crossed him. Martinez will be in court in front of a federal judge May 24 in Santa Ana at a hearing to determine whether he should be granted bail on charges that he helped mastermind two murders and six attempted homicides. He is among 31 alleged Mexican Mafia members named in a 2022 federal racketeering indictment, dubbed “Operation Night Owl,” that includes gun and drug trafficking charges.

Civil rights activists, prison reformists, friends, relatives and clergy are working to get Martinez, 48, released on bail on the grounds that he would not be a danger to the public or a flight risk. The bail motion notes, “Mr. Martinez is not alleged to have personally committed any of the violent offenses” alleged in the indictment. His lawyers “filed a dozen letters that portray Martinez as a champion for civil rights, skillful litigator and advocate for peace,” according to the story.

Veteran civil rights attorney Richard Herman is even risking $100,000 of his own money to help post the would-be bond and is offering Martinez a job at his law firm if bail is granted. Martinez would live with his fiancée and her family. Prosecutors say Martinez “is adept at displaying a version of himself to others that is wholly inconsistent with his murderous tendencies and his true object of greatest devotion: the Mexican Mafia.” Prosecutors say that Martinez was heard saying on a wiretapped phone call that he would chose the Mexican Mafia over his own mother, according to a brief filed Wednesday, May 15, by federal prosecutors opposing bail.

Since his conviction was over turned should he be given bail to fight the new charges? He has been in prison since he was 18 and is now 48.

There are a lot of people, well maybe not a lot, but some people let's say, that cannot comprehend the idea of what a gang expert in court means. During most gang trials in California, the prosecution will have a gang expert, always a police officer, and the defense in most instances will have their own gang expert, mostly of professor, or researcher, to counter some of the points that the police officer has made.

Just like with other experts, ballistic, DNA, firearm, pathologist, experts, the prosecution and defense will bring in their experts to battle it out in court. Alex Alonso ‪@AlexAlonso101‬ is a gang expert for the Defense with over 600 cases of experience, in State, Federal and Military courts. He has helped in dozens of trials that have resulted in acquittals, hung jury trials, and positive plea negotiations. Alex Alonso DOES NOT work for the police OR any law enforcement agency, and he does not work for the prosecution. He has NEVER assist in putting ANYONE in jail or prison. These are just some misconceptions that some ignorant people have posted online. There are some people that never heard of the idea of having experts in trial.

In a recent interview, Criminal Defense attorney Nicholas Rosenberg explained how he uses gang experts in his trials. Check it out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BGx6U...

You could get an entire year subscription of the Black Panther newspaper, 52 issues for only $7.50 for the entire year. That was only 15 cents an issue in 1969.

How the Crips formed out of the vacuum the Black Panthers left after FBI intrusion and infiltration
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ze2oA...

From 1968 to 1971 there was an assault against the LA Black Panthers by the FBI using a program called COINTELPRO under J. Edgar Hoover. The FBI in recent years has admitted to this program and stated that the program was dismantled in 1976 (after all the damage was done). Bunchy Carter, the leader of the Panthers was murdered at UCLA along with John Huggins in January 1969. In December of 1969, the Panthers had a shootout with the LAPD and SWAT (first time ever used) and they jailed everyone in the building.

The Panthers & US Organization, and other groups, brought to an end the gangs in LA in 1965. From 1965 to about 1970, there was very little gang bangin going on in the city, because the Panther and other groups were active in the streets with the revolution. You could not be selling drugs, pimpin', gang bangin, etc. By the end of the 1960s, the FBI nearly wiped out the entire black leadership in LA. That's why the history of the Panthers in Los Angeles is linked to the formation of the Crips in LA. If the Panther leadership born in the 1940s was still active, it would have been difficult for any gang to make any large impact, in fact every Black gang that did try to form during the late 1960s, did not make any traction and it wasn't until you get into the early 1970s with the absence of the Panther party, gangs start to flourish again.

We interviewed Gil Parker about the shoot out with the LAPD in 1969. His name and photo is on that 1970 flyer about the shootout: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ze2oA...

The question is how many future Crips & Bloods from the first generation would have taken their
energy into the Black Panther Party if they was still recruiting in the early 1970s?

Here is a list of some of the Panthers, Avenues, and early Crips and their birth years. Keep in mind , many of the Panthers new the Avenues, and many of the Avenues knew the early Crips. Gregory Carter who ran with the Avenues, was the younger brother to Bunchy Carter. Craig Monson would drive Bunchy Carter around. But some guys was just not interested in the Panthers, and after they were all gone, it was a rap.

Be sure to scroll through all three images.
