Hi there, this is Chef Lee. welcome to The Practical Kitchen. A little bit about myself. I started cooking at a young age. not because of how much I loved to cook, but because of life. I grow up in a poor family and over time I have learned to support my parents to pay bills :-) As a child, I loved art, drawing and acting but never had a chance to go to college. Only dreams that one day I can be an artist too. I started cooking professionally when I turned 18 years old. Slowly fell in love with cooking , because It is like drawing on a plate. using my imagination to print a 3D picture.:-) More importantly, it gives me peace. So I started take cooking seriously and trained hard with some very skillful chefs in the past 20 years. Now I can say that cooking is my passion. It had brought me so much joy to see people come together from different backgrounds and enjoy the food I created. The takeaway, find joy in whatever you do and always share it with others.
