I’m excited to be part of the latest exhibition at InLiquid Gallery!
In the seventh installment of its new member showcase, “New Now VII,” 23 artists of diverse mediums, inspirations, and histories, come together in the InLiquid Gallery. Though distinct, they are linked by the local community and a shared interest in the human experience.
Many of the themes in the exhibition reflect our shared cultural zeitgeist, with artwork exploring ecological consciousness, consumerism, mental health, and digital reality. Through a wide variety of mediums and creative processes, including stained glass, metal machining, miniature making, painting, and assemblage, the 23 artists of New Now VII don’t shy away from any facet of the contemporary human experience, portraying the beauty of our world and provoking its anxieties and frustrations.
This exhibition is on view at InLiquid Gallery from July 25- Aug 31, 2024. Join us for a Second Thursday Opening Reception on Thursday, August 8 from 6 - 9pm!
