Our signature method blends cardio, strength training, and guided-meditation into a music-driven workout that brings you into the present moment. In any given Class, students can expect to repeat one move per song including exercises like squats, jumping jacks, and burpees. We use sound to release energy and breath to bring awareness to thoughts, feelings, and sensations. The result is a stronger body, calmer mind, and a greater sense of presence.
