TWO BIG EVENTS that just happened:
1. The channel just hit 40k subs! It’s been a long grind, but Youtube has been the only place so far that I feel most at home with, where I can express myself to the fullest. Thank you to each one of you for being a part of this journey 🫶🏻
2. We have a new member in team shawneydepp! Travel will slow down for now, while I’m still trying to ease into this new phase of life. I’m not sure how yet, but I’ll still be posting videos, and may experiment beyond just travel content. Let me know your suggestions! Till then, a buckload of adventures await baby shawneydepp and myself 🤙🏻

Hey explorers, hope you've been having a great holiday season :) It's been awhile since I've posted here and I just wanted to give you an update. Just came back from a 3 week autumn trip to Japan - started solo at a quiet town in Saitama, before travelling with my in laws for the very first time, and then diving the underwater world of Okinawa.
I was exhausted by the end of this last trip of 2023, as I was going on overdrive mode for the last third of the year. As I wrap up all of my client projects for 2023, I can't wait to share these stories. Imma give my dried out brain a breather first, and will be back for more good stuff.

ANNOUNCEMENT - After a lot of dancing prancing around, I'm finally gonna host my very FIRST community trip - to the wintery mountains of Austria in March 2024! I wanted to take this chance to connect with you guys on a new level, by being on the road with ya all and doing amazing winter activities.
Lots of good stuff planned from scratch, from 3 days of skiing/snowboarding, sledding over a 7km course, walking with alpacas, to staying in a cosy chalet with fellow explorers. I'm nervous af, but excited to also get out of my comfort zone to connect with everyone at this level. Early bird prices lasts till end Nov, with only up to 14 explorers on this trip.

Happy new year explorers! Yes I’m back in Japan again.. Took a short break during the end of 2022 after my Sado Island project to rest the creative mind, kinda wishing the year end season would last a little longer but anyways ~
I’m starting 2023 right in heart of Tokyo with my wife Mel! Gonna be exploring more places in Japan that I’ve been wanting to visit so stay tuned for awesome stuff. Hope you guys are having a great start to the year 👊🏻
