The Treamcast has arrived. It doesn't power up, even with a working power supply. I'm filming every step of the way of opening it and poking around inside.

I just picked one of these up and it's the easiest setup of just about any hardware. I honestly thought it would be a pain to setup. After screwing around with it in Premiere I can tell this is going to really speed up editing. It does pick up smudges easily though. That's about my only gripe.

Should I buy these and fix them? Two have the TRRS broken and the other two are busted rails. I could make two good ones out of the lot. Any interest in a video on this?
