Well it's rapidly approaching that time of year once again that I genuinely hate and dread with a vengeance... CHRISTMAS... 🤬
Not simply because it is Christmas and all the usual cobblers that come with it, you know things like, people spending a fortune on crap to give as presents that those receiving the presents never want or suffering relatives who you only see this time of year and still that's one time a year too much... no...
Tis as I've noticed for decades now that time of year when for some reason suddenly lots of famous people suddenly die, from pop stars to movie & TV stars and generally the rich and famous...
Past couple of years it has been many of my musical heroes who have suddenly popped their clogs around this time and before their time, this year I'm hoping it won't be any of them as they are rapidly running out...
Never been able to figure out why this seems to happen at this time of year though, is it some sort of cynical ploy just to get back in the charts or have re-runs of their old films or TV shows and make a few bob... if it is it's quite a drastic thing to do !!!
Whatever it is, then one thing you can be sure of is, Christmas is the time of year when famous people die and make this time of year even more miserable than it already is... so for all those that know me and always wonder why I don't like Christmas then there's your answer...
I would end with "Happy Christmas" but I'd be lying... off now to look through the obituary columns and headlines and see who's shuffled off to the great stage in the sky or are now auditioning for the roles as angels...
One thing that has always baffled me here on YouTube are "Subscribers" !!!
Currently this channel has almost 84 thousand subscribers yet less than 1% of the 119 million views for the videos on this channel are actually by subscribers !!!
The other 99.x % of viewers/ views are from non subscribers...
There's a tiny (very tiny) hardcore of around 350 subscribers who actually watch at least once each video I upload (you know who you are) while the other 83 thousand odd don't watch any of them at all, not even once !!!
So that brings me to this wee poll/ question here, to try and find out why the feck there are more than 83 thousand people who have subscribed to this channel but clearly don't actually watch anything other than perhaps one or two solitary videos here, when you don't need to "subscribe" to a channel to do that...
Question: Do you at watch at least once, most or all of the uploads here ?
Hmmm... interesting.... I was doing some work on a website I am cobbling together and I added a couple of YouTube playlists to it...
Not sure if it's because they are my own playlist but there are NO ADVERTS on it at all spoiling the videos (though I doubt that just because it's my own playlist as adverts still appear on them here on YouTube) !!!
At first I thought it must be my AdBlocker I use but I disabled it and there are still no adverts cropping up and wasting time and spoiling the music every time a new video starts... 😎
Dunno if this will be the same for anyone else but I'd be interested and grateful if anyone would care to visit my site at the link below and try watching a few song on the two playlists that are there and see if adverts do show up for them then let me know if they do or not... 🤔

You can now get charged in Scotland with a so a called "Hate Crime" by just posting on social media if you simply tell the truth and say something honest such as...

As that would be an "Ageist Hate Crime"!!!
