We created this channel for the original purpose of being slightly grey nomads in 2011
Since the 1st week of Jan 2022 our plans slightly changed, we were concerned about the rapid house price increases and decided to quickly jump back into the housing world and were lucky to purchase one on Gold Coast.
We finally get to move in this month (June 2022) and I will begin renovations.
I will be posting the before and after videos, showing my efforts in bringing a 25 year old rental up to a more modern standard.
The videos will hopefully exclude my bruises, inappropriate words that occasionally slip out, damages from learning curves though these might make a good laugh later after several beers or whiskey :)
I hope you can all join in this journey and laugh, cry, yell and cringe at my efforts.. There is some tasks I will leave for experts though :)
We hopefully will be back on the road 2023 towards NSW, ACT, VIC & TAS..
