Some family members when they cant control you will attempt to control how others see you. If they are successful with this then those people already wanted to see you for less than who you are so just take that as a lesson and let those flying monkeys fly out of your life. The narcissist is weak and sad and needs loads of peoole to help them regulate. All they can do for the most part is threaten violence because they have nothing else. Theyre wack and they know it thats why they have to force others to see how not that great you are so they dont have to focus on how wack they are... this is our time!!!!!! All of us who have ever been under narcissistic abuse!!!!!!!!! Its time for us to shine brightly and just let those manipulators do what they do best...hate in the background...

Been on my weight loss journey for about 8yrs now. Ive been on my "healthy self" journey for about 4yrs now. This is all new to me kinda and i have just decided to share some of myself for anyone who may be interested. When i was looking to become a healthier version of myself i looked everywhere for others who may have also been on my journey and those people helped me tremendously!!!! So now that i feel i may have something to offer (which is me being myself) i decided to share me with you (whoever decides to watch🙂) watch my transformation journey!!!!!!!! Im still working on slimming down some but my main goals now is to be at peace, move my body effectively and be at one with myself and others. I love me and im learning to love myself a little more daily. Come watch my transformation and maybe be inspired and if not no worries its still will always only be all love❤
