Hi everyone! I'm Sarah and I'm a qualified Pilates Teacher with over 5 years experience. I run 10 live classes each week in Yorkshire, UK and I wanted to share my passion with the on-line community. Pilates is a fantastic form of body conditioning and can be done as a stand alone choice of exercise or done along side other sports and exercise. It's low to no impact and helps to free up stiff joints, lengthen tight muscles and strengthen weak muscles - amongst a whole host of other fabulous benefits. My classes are for mixed ability so don't worry if you've not done it before - you can work at your own pace. Just make sure you listen to your body and stop if something doesn't feel right. Always check with your GP if you have any doubts and/or if you're new to exercise or over 69 years old. Pilates can be challenging as it's all about strengthening and lengthening your muscles and building and maintaining joint stability but above all, it's great fun! Come along and give it a try!
