From a learning point of view, the second cohort had 80 students who embarked on a journey to become better thinkers, and here are some of the statistics:
- Cohort NPS was 96+
- Instructor NPS was 100
- Mentor NPS was 82
- Guest lectures NPS was 93 (students loved the guest lectures)
- Case study NPS was 100
- Community Support NPS was 90
- Fun sessions NPS (i.e., Systems thinking, ethics) were 95
The cohort led to more than 10+ PM offers till the 6th week , one today morning too â¤ď¸.
The cohort had 7 amazing guest speakers, 7 insane case studies, and a lot of fun.
Also, for all aspirants, we are doing a "Sneak Peek" session of how the cohort works on 23rd May 2024, 8.30 PM IST.
Ex-cohort members will be speaking about their experience, and it is better to listen from the horse's mouth.
This session is free for all aspirants and will cover all your doubts, expectations, and understanding of outcomes.
There will be a separate post for the announcement of the "Sneak Peek" session on my LinkedIn, the Rethink Systems page, and the YT channel.
### Enrollment Process:
- The point I try to emphasize is that more than enrollment, the intent is important.
- Go to the landing page, click on "Apply Now," and fill the form with your best understanding, as that is the way for us to shortlist.
- Only if you get shortlisted, the next steps will be communicated to you via email.
- If you don't get shortlisted, we will not move forward even if you are willing to enroll.
- Last time the cohort closed in 3 days, so apply quickly and seriously.
P.S: Most of your doubts will be clarified on the landing page only - so please go through it carefully.
P.P.S: We have already received more than 30+ applications since launching the link in beta and only intend to take a curated batch.

Junta : Do not miss and important - please share this information as much to your friends and other aspirantsFinally after the stupendous success of the first Breaking into product management cohort aka Swag wala cohort - the applications for cohort two which will start by 3rd week of Feb are finally open Some statistics of the first cohort are :
â˘â â Instructor NPS was 100 - 49 responses
â˘â â Mentor NPS was 67 which is decent
â˘â â 40 feedbacks on the cohort side were super awesome
â˘â â Guest lectures ( 46 out of 49 said , they loved the guest lectures , 3 said they were okay )
â˘â â Case study NPS was 100 ( 48 responses were 8 and above , 1 was 8 )
â˘â â Community Support NPS was 90 ( 44 responses were 9 or 10 , 5 was 8 )
â˘â â 27 folks have shown interest to be a mentor in the next cohort , 17 said maybe , 5 said no
â˘â â Fun sessions NPS was 100
â˘â â Referral on NPS was - would you recommend the cohort to someone else - 42 responses said 10 , 4 responses were 9 , 3 responses were 8
