Gratitude: the feeling of being grateful and wanting to express your thanks

We are grateful to everyone who has subscribed to and watch the videos on our You Tube Channel

Today we have 20,220 subscribers and our videos have had 2,350,192 views ..... WOW

We know from the comments people leave that the simple meditations have helped in reaching a calm or peaceful state of mind when anxious, helped some people focus and meditate, helped others be mindful and for some the videos have just been something calming to listen to while they've been doing other things.

This last week in the UK we've had some beautiful sunshine with clear blue skies and the hedgerows are beginning to green with the early plants pushing their way upwards, the snowdrops are scattered across the garden and the birds are getting louder. We've celebrated Imbolc and can feel the promise of Spring so thought I'd post the link to one of our nature sound videos - dawn chorus in a Bluebell Wood (love the man and his dog walking across the wood completely unaware of us sitting in the trees filming just under a minute in - his dog was delighted to find us though 🙂 )

We're beginning to get back out and about in the community halls and playing for folks we've not seen in what seems ages and it feels good <3

Thank you - Pam and Jurek

A year ago we were out on the road three or four times a week creating sound meditations for groups in community halls with our beautiful gongs, singing bowls, temple bells and other instruments and then Covid 19 came along and stopped us in our tracks.

This year has been a learning process with recording and filming and a great opportunity to be creative and try new things for us and this You Tube channel has been a big part of that. In March 2020 we'd had the channel for 1 year with 236 subscribers and we began recording at home, outdoors in the local woods, by local streams and rivers and a trip to the Norfolk coast - sometimes blending nature sounds with those of our instruments and sometimes putting a soundtrack to a video of the world around us.

We'd like to say a big, big thank you to everyone who has subscribed, liked, commented and clicked on the bell to be notified when we put up a new track - this week we achieved 2,500 subscribers

We'd also like to say a big, big thank you to everyone who has sent donations via the paypal links in the videos as the money has helped to keep us going at a time when we have been unable to work as we used to.

One of our videos - the 432Hz Temple Bell has reached over 106,000 views this week and we are humbled by your likes and kind comments.

Best wishes and much love Pam and Jurek
