3 Signs Your Body is Craving a juicy juicy stretch π
π1. Check your jaw!
Open your mouth wide π² and notice if your jaw muscles feel tight. If yes, you're probably clenching subconsciously and need to release tension.
π2. Roll your shoulders!
Does it feel tight? Notice if your dominant hand side feels more tight than the other side.
π3. Look down!
Tuck your chin into chest, is there a tight sensation in the back of your neck & spine?

Creating more body awareness can help us figure out when we are holding onto stress (maybe without even realizing). Stretching helps me release and let go of that tension.
