However as you’re aware; there were some lows. Particularly ones regarding my mental health. I cannot thank people enough for helping me through that difficult time, the amount of messages I received on a daily basis was overwhelming. Speaking to people really did help, and I cannot recommend that enough to anyone else reading this who may be struggling right now. 💙
Sometimes in life things just don’t pan out the way you think they will, and no matter how unexpected they may be- what I’ve learnt, as cliche as it is, is that everything happens for a reason.🫡

Apologies for the delay in getting a video out. Have taken some time out recently to fix my mental health.
I am on the mend, I'm still not perfect, but I am getting better. And that's through talking to numerous people, mainly friends and family.
Bottling things up made things incredibly difficult for me but venting my feelings to those close to me helped massively to understand where I am and how best to get out of the way I was feeling.
I've realised in this time who my closest mates are and who I can rely on, so you know who you are- and I sincerely thank you for helping me through a recently tough time.❤️
Just remember- you're not alone. That's the main takeaway from this. Talk to people. My DM's are always open as well if you're suffering. Things do get better as I've recently found out.
