BPo3 = Bates Party of 3: Jay, Jamie, and Tyler Kay. Sharing our journey of leaving a comfortable life in a nice community in a small city to buy and develop 101 acres of untouched woods. The land is half hardwoods and half pine, has a creek running through one end, and a small, overgrown 4-wheeler trail running through it. Follow along as we develop the property into our forever/generational property.
