I was invited by Spinco Leslieville to join a class this morning and I am POOPED but had such an amazing time!
Environments where plus size people can work out and not feel judgement or shame is so refreshing. I sat down 90% of the time and pretty sure I was the only one, but I’m so proud of pushing my limits.
