This is a channel dedicated to hunting mushrooms in the Pacific Northwest, or anywhere really. My main focus is in the Pacific Northwest because, well, that's where I live. I am a member of the Kitsap peninsula mycological society, been picking mushrooms for over 30 years, and have a lot of contributions made to the channel from other members of the mycological society in the Puget sound.
In the fall we're looking for the most popular of Northwest native mushrooms like porcini, chanterelle, matsutake, hedgehog, blewits, etc.
This channel does not have much to do with hallucinogenic mushrooms, so if that's what you're after this might not be your place.
