I'm a rank amateur, and I like it that way. If I ever get to be an expert at something (and I've mastered a few things in my lifetime) then I know it's time to move on to new things that I know less about. I'm not really interested in being an expert so much as I'm interested in the journey to become an expert. This is how I learn and grow.
I make no claims that anything I do is the right way. In fact, I will state right now that whatever you see me doing is probably wrong, and almost certainly could be achieved in half the time with twice the accuracy if done by someone who knew what the @#$% they were doing. And if I happen to do something right, I swear it was an accident.
