Eddie Esler is a touring songwriter based in Fort Worth, TX. He began playing mandolin in bluegrass bands in Colorado while attending college, only because the music sounded enough like Robert Earl Keen, the music he was raised on. After college he moved back home to Texas to start playing the music he loved, Texas Music. He is able to play anywhere from a full 6 piece band, or a solo act with his guitar and harmonica. His performance draws on his roots of playing old country with his grandfather, bluegrass from his college days, and Texas rock from his days with Eddie and The Eat. With songs that have compelling lyrics, and personal stories in between, his show will keep you on your toes and audiences dancing. He is very proud to be releasing his solo, 10 song, debut album, on February 24th 2023 via Smith Music.
