Reality Kitchen Nonprofit is a 501(c)(3) that provides job skills training and professional development services for young adults who experience intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are a licensed Provider Organization and certified to deliver Employment Path Community services to these individuals. In this workplace setting we run a retail cafe and wholesale bakery at 645 River Road, in Eugene, Oregon, USA, serving many and diverse local food service businesses and restaurants where we offer Employment Path Services to young adults who experience intellectual and developmental disabilities.
