Today, DOK-ING, a global leader in the developing and manufacturing of heavy-duty robotics and autonomous systems, successfully concluded its participation at the Countering Explosive Threat and Demining conference – a prestigious event held in Kensington, London from September 24-25. This gathering, focused on the operations and technical needs required for demining and EOD, brought together key stakeholders in Explosive Ordnance Disposal and Mine Clearance from across the global EOD community, including NGOs, government, the private sector and the military.
Distinguished delegations from around the world had the unique opportunity to attend DOK-ING's presentation on the company's cutting-edge technology in fighting the threats posed by explosive remnants of war. During the presentation, DOK-ING's Chief Technical Advisor, Mr. Konstantin Darmaniyan, emphasized the company’s contribution to mine action in over 40 countries, with particular focus on demining efforts in Ukraine.
The pressing issue of ongoing Russian aggression against Ukraine, where the population is directly affected by mines and other explosive remnants of war, has seen DOK-ING’s robotic systems successfully clearing the contaminated land, aiming for the swift restoration of functional life for residents. DOK-ING's MV-4 and MV-10 robotic systems have saved many civilian lives and ensured the safety of operators and deminers during the clearance of agricultural and infrastructure areas.

Last Saturday, DOK-ING transformed into a completely new edition, turning its parking lot into a vibrant amusement park in celebration of Family Day. This fun-filled event brought together children, partners, parents, and friends, offering them a unique glimpse into the heart of our company. Family members had the chance to explore the workspace, meet colleagues, and experience the company's innovative robotic systems up close. It was a day to remember, bringing together over 600 guests who enjoyed a vibrant entertainment program, including electric car rides, pony rides, trampolines, sports games, and a creative corner, with activities that delighted all ages. Family Day served as a meaningful occasion to strengthen the bonds among everyone who contributes to the collective success of DOK-ING.

High-ranking political figures, such as Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenković and First Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine – Minister of Economy of Ukraine Yulia Svyrydenko, as well as representatives from the diplomatic corps, NGOs, international organizations, and companies involved in Ukraine’s reconstruction efforts, attended the opening ceremony.
First Deputy Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko acknowledged DOK-ING’s contribution to Ukraine’s demining efforts, stating: “Demining is a prerequisite for Ukraine’s economic recovery. Last year, we managed to return 200,000 hectares of agricultural land back into use, largely thanks to DOK-ING machines. I am proud to see DOK-ING establish a presence in Kyiv as one of the best Croatian companies, and I look forward to increased collaboration between our countries.” Svyrydenko also emphasized the importance of localizing production to create jobs and boost the Ukrainian economy.

At the Symposium, DOK-ING addressed global demining challenges, particularly highlighting contributions to mine action in Ukraine.

On 15 March DOK-ING successfully completed another MV-10 training course for one of the global leading NGO – Norwegian People's Aid (NPA) in Mykolaiv. The training was focused on educating 12 x NPA mechanical demining personnel to proficiently operate and service DOK-ING MV-10 robotic system. NPA will deploy this powerful DOK-ING machine to support its manual and MDD teams, primarily in Mykolaiv Oblast.
By supporting NPA, DOK-ING is proud to enhance humanitarian mine action efforts in Ukraine. Use of MV-10 robotic system will significantly reduce ERW-associated risks, facilitate safer access to essential services for conflict-affected communities.
As DOK-ING continue to advance its training and collaboration initiatives with NPA, FSD and state operators like SESU and SSTS, it reaffirm its commitment to supporting emergency services and humanitarian organizations in Ukraine.
