Hi Peeps! Recently I have changed the quality of my streams to HDR. This is a higher quality resolution which if you are watching on a device that can utilise HDR gives a much better picture. However, it seems many do not currently have access to this way of viewing... yet. So I wanted to put up a poll to see what the majority would prefer.

Today marks 90 days that I have been eating carnivore so tonight I treated myself to a 16oz ribeye steak from the local butchers. (I watched him carve it from the carcass) It cost like double what I normally pay but my goodness it was the most juicy succulent steak I have ever eaten.
So 90 days is up, I lost 156Ib last year so what now? Well, it continues! This is no longer a challenge for me, but my new way of life. I'm so glad I found @KenDBerryMD who has taught me what a proper human diet is, and how to maintain excellent health.
I'm getting some bloodworks done on the 9th January and will make a video going over the results when they arrive.
That's all for now. Thanks for all the messages of support, it's been awesome. Also I'm really happy about people who have watched my journey thus far and taken it upon themselves to try it, and get awesome results! Hopefully I will be doing an interview soon on the channel with someone who is a trained nutritionist to answer some common questions about keto and carnivore, so stay tuned.
