I spent 6 months writing a text book on OOP. Chat GPT was then launched.

So I spent 6 months rewriting the book along with AI. I was not pleased.

I then spent 6 months rewriting the book again from scratch.

This is a text book on OOP that shows that by understanding a few fundamental ideas and how they fit together anyone can easily grasp any concept in object oriented programming.

However, after 18+ months of writing I’ve lost almost all hope for OOP. While the book teaches OOP it also serves as my extended argument around why it is time to leave OOP.

So why buy the book?

First of all, the world is full of OOP.

More importantly, the search for the object oriented way seems to be a path that leads to functional programming. I want this book illuminate that path.

BUY THE BOOK NOW to get the early bird DISCOUNT. The price will be higher later.

Join me in my journey to the center of OOP.

Building a new computer that will improve video quality + camera fps, and allow me to make screencasts about things that require a bit more power. So, no new videos for a few days, but I'll be back as soon as I've got this machine up and running 😊

Ps. I'm planning to run Elementary OS, but if you're a linux user and have opinions about that decision I'd love to hear your opinion :)
