Anyone and everyone are welcome. This channel is for all. I do not fully have one specific thing I fully focus on. I do this to help myself and to show others that they can do something like this as well.
At times I will talk about mental health. As someone that does deal with and has been dealing with PTSD myself for over a decade, I will try and listen as well as encourage others. For me this is an outlet that helps out my mental wellbeing.
