As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and online Yoga Teacher, my passion is to help individuals create a positive health and lifestyle change that focuses on whole foods and healing through the art of healthy living. I truly love helping individuals find their healthier self. It's one of the most amazing and inspirational experiences. Itβs not just about weight loss, itβs about each individual finding their healthier self, and feeling the way their healthier self feels! I've had the pleasure to serve 1,000's of individuals all across the United States through my telehealth platform.
I became a Registered Yoga Teacher and, naturally, I took yoga to an online format. I combine the science of food and nutrition as a Registered Dietitian, yoga as a Registered Yoga Teacher and behavioral coaching tools.
My goal is to help individuals reconnect with their body and mind, develop mindfulness, and find greater balance with food, fitness, health and happiness.
