My channel began as a journal of my weightloss effort, but has since become a journey of my life. I originally had the VSG weight loss surgery in December of 2009. Due to some serious depression and psychosis, I was hospitalized several times and ended up gaining back quite a bit of weight. So, I had another surgery on April 30 of 2018. I also lost my job of 28 years in October of 2017 and got a divorce which was finalized in April of 2018. I started school in January of 2018. So many major changes in my life. I'm trying to document as I find happiness again. Every day is a new day.
