Hi~I am Ellen Xie -Xie lǎoshī, a Mandarin teacher who has more than 7 years of teaching experience. During my working and study experiences in the USA and UK, I found it hard to understand what the locals were saying since they didn't talk in the way we learned in the textbooks. Also, not many foreigners know about Taiwan. Therefore, I have created this channel to help you learn real-life Mandarin Chinese and share my knowledge of Chinese culture, food and travel spots with you.
