I just filmed You a great jerky recipe. Arizona Inspired Southwest Beef Jerky Recipe. The marinade is made from scratch. And guess what? I had some of the best tasting small batch jerky in 2 1/2 hours.

Just replaced the switch. That wasnāt it. After a call to Weston LLC I found out theyāre not sure either. Lol. Itās all good though. I have a computer board and a control panel coming. One of the two will fix the problem šš Yāall keep your fingers crossed for me haha. Have a great weekend šš
