Well friends, when you hear the expression, you learn something new everyday, today was that day.
I have been struggling with my internet for quite some time. I have not been able to have Facebook lives in the morning, which is the best time for me. After whining to a friend this morning, yes I said whining and having a pity party this morning, I called my internet provider.
Turns out I do not have streaming services with my internet. The customer service young man, Jose, was so wonderful and helped me to understand what was going on.
So......tomorrow morning I am going live at 11am EST for a test to make sure that is what is going on with my internet. I am confident it will work amazingly great. So pop on tomorrow at 11am EST and let me show you some new papers from Decoupage Central and let's test out my internet service.
And then to top it all off, Jose with customer service, is going to call me tomorrow when he comes in to work at 4pm to check on me and see how it went. You can't beat that when it comes to customer service.

Are you soooooooooo excited about the IOD Holiday Release???? I am super excited even though I am more than excited. Tomorrow, I will have 3 videos showcasing products from the new release.
