Hi I'm Aimee. Clumsy Cakes is a cheesecake recipe and baking tutorial channel. My channel is dedicated to showing you all that everything doesn't have to be perfect in baking It's ok to not have everything in order or not add the precise amount of sugar. You can be a complete hot mess, klutz like me and it will still be amazing. Yes, there are a couple of thing to remember but as long as you are having fun and learning from your mistakes, everything will be perfect. If you only watch one video of mine I just hope I instill in you to not be afraid to bake. It just takes practice just like anything else. So come make a mess with me, learn some things and most of all make something absolutely delicious.
I post a cheesecake recipe video every Saturday but additionally, I will sometimes have a bonus cheesecake topping video that will go up on Wednesdays that goes along with the cheesecake flavor for that week.
