Reasonable Faith (RF) aims to provide in the public arena an intelligent, articulate, and uncompromising yet gracious Christian perspective on the most important issues concerning the truth of the Christian faith today, such as questions involving: the existence of God, the meaning of life, the objectivity of truth, the foundation of moral values, the creation of the universe, intelligent design, the reliability of the gospels, the uniqueness of the Gospels, the uniqueness of Jesus, the historicity of the resurrection, and the challenge of religious pluralism.
The Austin Chapter of RF attempts to further this mission by offering live, scholarly presentations on a variety of philosophical and theological subjects in a respectful manner. While we may advance some ideas, while politely critiquing others, our aim is to present research and offer food for thought because people deserve respect and a safe forum for discussing and reflecting upon their views and the views of others.
